IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION FOR THIS SITE, PLEASE MAKE A DONATION. It'll only take a minute or 2 of your time and it'll encourage me to continue updating this site. Thank you. I'm a poor college student. Violins please.Getting well over 6,000 visitors a year, it would seriously cover the hosting bill if each of you donated as little as a penny! :-) (Though, naturally, you're encouraged to give more :-D )

INTRO
For numerous reasons, I've finally decided to take down (or at least drastically downgrade) the massive FDU site I once had housed here. It's remains shall rest in pieces. Fall 1999- 4 November 2006.
For those of you who haven't come to this site from my Online Portfolio and have no idea who I am, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Fred Springer.
I enrolled in the ELECTRONIC FILMMAKING & DIGITAL VIDEO DESIGN program under the pretense of computer animation but ultimately film won out over animation and I produced/wrote/
FDU- Madison, NJ
directed/and edited a successful short for my Senior Thesis.
Taking several film classes my first two years, my love of writing was reawakened (I've now written 4 feature-length screenplays), and I was introduced to both the worlds of directing & editing which I also enjoy. However, while I may pursue these areas as a hobby on the side, I returned to FDU and earned my MBA with a marketing concentration which is the field I'm currently trying to break into.
Anyway, the only sections I've decided to preserve here are those related to the film major and the virtual tour of the campus. However, at anytime at my whimsy, they too may be coming down.
*Gay as in silly, stupid, or ridiculous. Not gay as in homosexual. I have nothing against homosexuals. On the other extreme, nor am I one. Either way, you have no reason to get angry so please don't send hate mail. Thank you & have a nice day. :-)
